A warm and welcoming cafe on Upper Maudlin St, run by friendly italians. Me and the chef Suze have been friends quite some time now and I've always been quite fond of her creativity in food and in life. A strong and exciting woman. I went in to the cafe the first time long after she told me that she had been hirend and was loving working for her small new team. 

I decided to visit the cafe maybe as an excuse to see my old friend and quikly catch up. The guys were so lovely and the focaccia was o good I decided to ask for a shotodhoot and this is what came from it.
